Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you total command over your e-mail boxes and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, configure email filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your e-mail boxes against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited e-mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming email messages on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just specify the mail account you wish to redirect e-mail messages from, then select the destination email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
